High temperature resistant grate bars for heat treatment

Grate bars are the main accessory on the sintering machine trolley, the role of the Grate bar is to form a slot space with the trolley railing plate to accommodate and carry the mineral material.The special heat-resistant castor produced by GIAHAR has been widely recognised by customers in the industry.

Grate bars working environment requirements have the following characteristics:
1.Temperature changes: sintering, sintered ore temperature up to 1100 ℃ burning, castor temperature is generally 800-1000 ℃; unloading in the air after the temperature drops rapidly to 100-300 ℃.

2. Gas corrosion: oxidation and corrosion caused by CO, CO2, SO2 and water vapour in space.

3. High-temperature load-bearing: high-temperature sintering to withstand the gravity of sintered ore.

4. Impact and friction wear of sintered ore: impact and friction wear of sintered ore during loading and unloading.
