Super wear-resistant parts for Shield Machine

In collaboration with esteemed colleges and universities, Giahar has actively engaged in technical innovation and integration of wear-resistant casting products, leading to the development of a groundbreaking production process known as the CR series casting.  This pioneering advancement involves the meticulous adjustment of composition content and the application of matching technologies in high chromium cast iron, resulting in the production of cast iron parts with chromium content exceeding 30.  The wear-resistant properties of these parts surpass those of conventional high chromium cast iron, offering superior performance and remarkable economic benefits.

Presently, our cooperative customers have successfully implemented CR series castings in various mechanical and metallurgical equipment used for crushing, grinding, and material conveying.  These applications include ball mill lining plates, crusher hammers, vibrating screen plates, drums, silo lining plates, blast furnace bells, hoppers, coal groove lining plates, coal mill roller sleeves, rolls, and slurry pump flow parts.

Furthermore, we have received widespread acclaim for our wear-resistant blocks designed for shield machines.  Shield tunneling machines experience substantial wear during excavation and necessitate the use of wear-resistant blocks for pre-protection.  Our products have demonstrated outstanding performance, offering both cost-effectiveness and extended usage cycles.  By providing enhanced production and value for our customers, we have garnered significant appreciation in the industry.
